What the form collects

When you request an event, the form asks for your name, email, phone number, organization, event details, and any notes you choose to provide.

How it is used

Center staff use that information to review your request, contact you, and coordinate the event. If a request is approved, the event name, date, time, description, audience, category, and location may appear on the public calendar. Your personal contact information and private notes are not displayed publicly.

Storage and sharing

Requests are stored in the website’s protected event database. The center does not sell your information. Information may be shared with service providers that operate the website or when required by law.
